Hope Medical Clinic offers a sliding-fee discount schedule to provide primary care health services at a lower cost based on family size and income.
These discounts are determined by the current Federal Poverty Guidelines. Uninsured patients that earn at or less than the current federal poverty level are charged a nominal fee of $35 to receive primary care services.
Payment plans are also available.
Hope Medical Clinic is not an urgent care facility. Although the health center offers many of the same services as an urgent care facility, the expectation for prevention of disease and illness is that our patients maintain a medical home with us.
This scale allows us to configure the right fee for you, we strive to ensure that financial barriers to care are minimized. If you have any questions regarding payments please contact us at 501-858-4488 opt. 3.

When I’m not at work, you’ll likely find me at the ball field cheering on my kids, gardening, tending to my chickens, or in the woods hunting.

Good Faith Estimates for Patients Who Don’t Have Insurance
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total
expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes
related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and
hospital fees. - Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate
in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item.
You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you
choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or
service. - If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith
Estimate, you can dispute the bill. - Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit
www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 501-745-7161.
No Show Policy
Patient may be terminated from Hope Medical Clinic after the 2nd time they do not keep their appointment or do not cancel 24hrs prior to their scheduled visit.
Unfortunately, we have had to implement the above policy due to the increasing number of no show appointments. No show appointments are a detriment to our patients and practice. By not canceling your appointment, this prevents other patients from being seen.
Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate the opportunity to participate in your healthcare!
